Albany High jazz to play Spinners

Albany High School’s outstanding jazz ensembles will host a free performance Friday from 7-10 p.m. at Spinners, located at 2 Picotte Drive.

The “B Flats,” the intermediate jazz group, and the “Jazzmanian Devils,” the advanced jazz group, will play traditional jazz standards of the past and present.

Both ensembles are under the direction of teacher John Halvorsen.
